This is a complete setup for growing fresh herbs and vegetables year round in your home. It is an open box item. Everything is in the box as it comes originally, including seed pods to get you started growing right away. I didn’t see the quick setup guide so I printed one out and included it in the box. It’s possible that the original one is in the box somewhere and I didn’t see it because there are some items that are factory sealed closed and I didn’t disturb the seal. This is a very nice unit at a great price because it’s an open box.
