Shipping & Handling UPS Ground shipping rates on this order to all destinations in the continental United States. AK, HI shipping rates will be provided via email once the order has been placed. All customers ordering form AK and HI will receive an official shipping quote via email requesting approval before the shipping fee is added to the final total of the order placed.

We ship all packages via UPS. Expedited and international orders will be processed at standard carrier rates. Please allow approximately 1-2 business days for your order to process. Your merchandise will arrive to you in 4-10 business days, depending on location.

Please note that there will be extra delivery fees for orders that must be reshipped, intercepted, or have address updates if the order has already been shipped to its original shipping destination. Customers will be notified of the cost before they are charged.
Orders will be processed on the following business day. No Saturday deliveries.

P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, LightSourceSupply.com is not able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes. When checking out, please provide a resident or business address so we can be sure your package arrives safely on time.

International Orders
Orders that are to be shipped to destinations outside of the United States will not reflect shipping charges during the checkout process. For your convenience, we will calculate the shipping charges and send you a shipping quote before processing your order. Once we receive your approval for the shipping amount, we will then charge your card and ship your order.

Orders shipped internationally are passed to the local postal carrier in the country of destination. Customers are subject to local duties and taxes, which are assessed once the package arrives in your country. We cannot estimate any of these additional charges.
Please note that packages can often be delayed while clearing customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Processing
Orders processed before 3pm Monday through Friday will be issued a UPS tracking number. This number may not be activated by UPS until the following business day. If you track your package and receive no information, please wait one day before tracking again.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt for a full refund;
• Returns and Exchanges made after 14 days will not be accepted;
• We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges only. LightSourceSupply.com will pay to ship the new item.
• International exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.
• Please do not send cash or checks to pay for the difference of an exchange. We do not except personal checks. The difference of the exchange will be charged or refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
• All sale items are a final sale.

International Returns & Exchanges

• All international returns are to be returned to LightSourceSupply.com within 30 days upon receipt of the order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
